6. Supply and Delivery of Products

6.1

Delivery of products purchased on the websites, for which full payment has been made by credit card, shall be carried out by the Company and/or by the product supplier, where the supplier is not the Company, in accordance with the terms specified on the relevant product page, to an address in Israel as entered by the purchaser at the time of placing the order.

6.2

The purchaser may choose the option of self-pickup at the time of placing the order (where such option is available for the purchased product), without being charged shipping fees.

The delivery method cannot be changed after completion of the purchase.

In the case of self-pickup, responsibility for the product shall transfer to the customer upon delivery of the product at the pickup point.

The ordered product will be held at the selected pickup location for a period not exceeding 21 business days. After this period, the order will no longer be reserved for the purchaser, and if the purchaser later decides to collect the order, they must contact the order center to renew the order.

6.3

The shipping fees listed on the product page apply to standard delivery only and do not include charges for exceptional delivery, such as delivery using a crane, delivery beyond three floors, delivery to locations without an elevator, the need for a crane due to special conditions at the purchaser’s address, or similar circumstances.

Any additional charges for exceptional delivery shall be borne by the purchaser and paid by them.

6.4

The delivery date shall be as stated on the product page. The counting of days shall begin from the date on which transaction approval is received from the purchaser’s credit card company.

The calculation of delivery times and self-pickup availability shall be based on business days only, namely Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, public holidays, and rest days, and shall not exceed 10 business days.

6.5

In the event of delays due to force majeure, such as fire, flood, war, or similar circumstances, and/or events beyond the Company’s control such as strikes, system failures, or similar events, and/or unforeseen disruptions, the Company shall notify the purchaser promptly after becoming aware of the delay and shall allow the purchaser to choose between waiting for delivery of the product or canceling the transaction (or receiving an alternative product, if such a product is available and is priced identically to the purchased product).

The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its control and/or delays caused by the purchaser, including but not limited to delays resulting from difficulty contacting the purchaser during regular business hours. Such delays shall not be deemed a breach of the Company’s delivery obligations.

6.6

Upon delivery of the product and/or during self-pickup, the Company and/or its representatives may require the presence of the credit card holder and/or presentation of a valid identification document of the credit card holder as a condition for releasing the product.

6.7

Due to the prevailing security situation in the country and various considerations, delivery to locations beyond the Green Line and/or to certain areas where entry or access may endanger the carrier may not be possible.

In such circumstances, the Company shall notify the purchaser and may coordinate delivery of the product to an alternative agreed location acceptable to both parties, in accordance with the Company’s customary practices.

If delivery cannot be carried out in accordance with the Company’s standard practices, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the transaction, and the purchaser shall not be entitled to any compensation beyond a refund of the amounts paid to the Company.
